Job Description We seek an IT Helpdesk Technician - Level II to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients through telephone, remote support, or on-site, primarily located at a customer site in Greenwich, CT. Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance for our clients including patch management, AV scans and OS maintenance, • Provide technical assistance for networking, security, computer hardware and software, • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or using remote support tools, • Recommend hardware and software improvements, • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields, • Ability to clearly communicate with clients, supervisors and team members, • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, • Positive and professional demeanorCompany DescriptionImpact Business Technology is a Managed IT Security and Services provider offering services to small and medium enterprises primarily in the Connecticut and NYC metro area.
