Akkodis is seeking a Service Desk / IT Helpdesk Support for 06 Months Contract to Hire position with our Direct Client located in Denver, CO 80206 (Onsite for first 2 months; Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) afterward). Pay Range: $25/hr - $27/hr on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Description: Entry level IT support role (1–3 years) providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support for ~1,000 users. Ideal for motivated, curious, tech driven individuals—open to those transitioning into IT. First 2 months onsite, then hybrid (3 onsite / 2 remote). Key Responsibilities • Serve as first line support for user issues (onsite & remote)., • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals., • Image, configure, deploy, and repair workstations., • Manage tickets, documentation, and asset records in ServiceNow., • Support identity, access, and device management (Intune, Entra ID)., • Escalate issues to Tier 2 with clear documentation., • Participate in small projects and contribute to knowledge base content. Required Skills • 1–3 years of IT support or service desk experience (or strong technical aptitude)., • Windows and macOS support; Microsoft 365 proficiency., • Basic Active Directory/Entra concepts; device management experience (Intune preferred)., • Hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and peripheral support., • Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, Ethernet)., • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
