Position Overview Lifetime Roofing is seeking an experienced Lead Cold Caller to oversee and support our outbound calling efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and has previous experience managing or mentoring a small calling team. As the Lead Cold Caller, youll be responsible not only for making outbound calls to homeowners across Louisiana but also for tracking team performance, analyzing call data, and helping to improve scripts, conversion rates, and overall efficiency. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Central Time Zone to align with our business hours.
