The first 1–2 months may mainly be a building stage, where we focus on setting up a strong workflow, communicating with potential clients, improving the business process, and creating opportunities. Role Overview Your role will focus on client communication, coordination, and relationship management. Your main responsibility will be to communicate professionally with potential and active clients, join Google Meet or Zoom calls when needed, help explain services clearly, and support the client relationship process. Strong communication skills and reliability are more important than technical knowledge. Work Style This is a flexible remote partnership. Some weeks may only require light communication, while other weeks may involve client calls, interviews, follow-ups, or project discussions depending on business activity. The starting compensation structure is 30% of monthly net development revenue generated through managed client relationships. This is not a traditional fixed hourly role. Income depends on the business results we create together. In the beginning, income may be limited while we are building the process and client pipeline. As the business grows, your income can grow with it. Final compensation details can be discussed during the interview based on your experience, availability, and level of involvement.
