To learn more about Zenoti visit: What's the opportunity? We are looking for Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in our Bellevue office. What will I be doing? • Consult, design, develop, deploy, and facilitate a suite of talent acquisition strategies in line with business goals and objectives., • Plan, execute and measure multi-channel complex sourcing efforts., • Be a hands-on Recruiter and manage end to end recruitment., • Have an in-depth understanding of the context of the positions recruiting for., • Work with hiring managers on complex, strategic offers., • Consistently improve bench marking policies/practices., • Maintain reports and metrics on all steps in hiring process., • Work towards consistently raising the hiring bar., • Relentless candidate focus and must be a candidate advocate., • Ensure great candidate experience and smooth process internally., • Execute vision and goals for the team or department.
