The Senior Strategy Manager, Speaker Bureau will drive the organic growth and strategic evolution of existing speaker bureau accounts. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, uncovering expansion opportunities, and ensuring programs perform at their highest potential. Working closely with the Strategy Director, Speaker Bureau, this role translates client needs into smart, scalable solutions that strengthen retention, identify upsell potential, and position HWP as an indispensable partner across every speaker engagement. What You’ll Do The Senior Strategy Manager, Speaker Bureau will be accountable to the Strategy Director, Speaker Bureau and the EVP, Strategy. Additionally, this role will: • Use data and performance insights to uncover opportunities to strengthen existing speaker bureau programs and client relationships, • Partner with the HWP data and analytics team to identify trends across current accounts and recommend actionable improvements, • Translate client and market insights into updates that enhance program design, delivery, and execution, • Support data-driven Quarter Business Reviews (QBRs) and client discussions that highlight performance and areas for continued growth, • Ensure strategic alignment between ongoing programs and evolving client objectives, supporting program direction teams in bringing strategy into execution, • Review annual business plans and performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, • Identify and drive opportunities to expand current speaker bureau programs within existing client accounts, • Partner with the Speaker Bureau and Strategy teams to ensure speaker bureau initiatives stay aligned with evolving brand goals and field needs, • Collaborate with clients to surface unmet needs and propose strategic enhancements that add value and strengthen long-term partnerships, • Support capability discussions and client reviews to highlight performance, innovation, and opportunities for incremental growth, • Achieve organic growth goals for the year across all existing speaker bureau accounts, • Use account knowledge and performance trends toidentifysmart, organic growth opportunities within existing client programs, • Partner with Program Directors to guide budget planning and program optimization, ensuring each initiative supports both client goals and company profitability, • Monitor account health, spotting early signs of growth potential or financial risk and making recommendations to strengthen performance, • Partner with internal teams to enhance speaker bureau processes and deliverables based on client feedback and program insights, • Use data from Workfront, ScopeBetter, and HubSpot dashboards to guide resource planning and identify areas for improvement, • Ensure alignment between speaker bureau operations, client strategy, and broader organizational goals, • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to strengthen execution and consistency What You’ll Have • Strong understanding of the speaker bureau landscape with 5+ years of experience in medical communications or related agency setting, • Solid working knowledge of databases, portals, and program management systems used in speaker bureau operations, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating project management platforms such as Adobe Workfront, • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Collaborative and proactive team player who contributes to meetings, builds strong relationships, and drives follow-through on action items, • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with client objectives and HWP’s speaker bureau goals, • Strong ability to translate client goals into clear, actionable strategies that drive speaker bureau performance and growth, • Solid financial understanding with the ability to spot opportunities that improve account health and profitability, • Skilled at building lasting client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and consistent delivery, • Comfortable using data and trends to evolve strategies and uncover new opportunities within existing programs What We Offer • Immediate eligibility for all benefits, including medical, dental, vision, group term life, short-term, and long-term disability, • Benefits100% company paid, • 401k plan employer matching contributions, • Eligibility for company-sponsored incentive plans, • Generous PTO, including a week off in December for the holidays, • Paid volunteer time off, • Tuition reimbursement, • On-site gym and other employee wellness initiatives, • Employee Assistance Program, • Comp pay or comp time for onsite weekend work, • Availability of cell-phone stipends, based on business need, • Leadership development training program and other career development programs, • Remote and hybrid work schedule options, • Salary range: $90,000–$110,000annually.
