Job Description Seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with strong experience in commercial ground-up and/or remodel projects The Construction PM will be responsible for managing multiple active projects at any given time, typically ranging up to $5M in value, with aggressive timelines of 110–180 days per project. Projects are often fast-track and require decisive leadership, strong organization, and the ability to adapt quickly. This role requires full ownership of the construction project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout - including estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and execution.
