We are seeking a highly driven, sales-minded QSR Recruiter who is hungry, competitive, and relentless about talent. This role is not passive recruiting—you will be in the field, inside restaurants, building relationships, identifying top performers, and persuading managers and crew members to join HRG. Position Summary HRG Recruiters actively hunt, attract, screen, interview, and hire top talent for our restaurants while building a strong bench of future leaders. This role requires direct market engagement, competitive talent sourcing, and persuasive communication to win candidates away from competitors. Key Responsibilities • Proactively source and recruit managers and team members, including direct outreach within the QSR market and competitive landscape, • Visit competitor restaurants to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-performing managers and crew members, • Actively sell HRG and Dunkin’ as an employer of choice, communicating career growth, culture, and benefits, • Generate applicant flow through:, • In-store recruitment efforts, • Local market networking, • Social media and digital sourcing, • Career fairs and hiring events, • Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of QSR management talent, • Conduct prescreens to assess experience, performance history, and cultural alignment, • Schedule, conduct, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, • Manage follow-up, offers, reference checks, and background screenings, • Maintain strong partnerships with operations leaders to meet aggressive staffing goals, • Serve as a liaison to employment agencies, schools, and industry organizations, • Track and report recruitment activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline health, • Stay current on HRG structure, personnel policies, and employment laws, • Support special projects and recruiting initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications • High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred, • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience within the QSR or restaurant industry, • Proven ability to recruit competitively and influence candidates to change employers, • Strong sales mentality with confidence, approaching people in person, • Outgoing, persuasive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, • Self-starter who thrives independently and takes ownership of results, • Strong organization and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment, • Willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania market, • Comfortable presenting, networking, and speaking publicly, • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Company DescriptionAt Heartland Restaurant Group, a Dunkin' franchisee, we put our people first.
