Job Description Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park is a fast-growing indoor amusement brand delivering high-energy, next-level entertainment experiences for families and groups. With multiple locations operating and more on the way, Thrillz is redefining what indoor adventure looks like. Our newest park is opening in Doraville in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s a 56,000 square foot indoor amusement adventure park packed with attractions, energy, and opportunity. This flagship-scale location will feature five rides (three indoor carnival rides and two VR thrill rides), ninja obstacle courses, mega slides, trampoline zones, sports courts, a laser tag arena, a full arcade, party rooms and group event spaces, and on-site restaurant operations. We are seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead this large-scale operation from day one. This is a build-the-team, launch-the-park, lead-a-destination role. As General Manager, you will be the operational leader of the entire facility, responsible for park performance, team leadership, guest experience, safety, and restaurant operations. You will play a key role in building the culture, hiring and developing the leadership team, and driving the park’s financial success. Your annual bonus will be directly tied to overall park performance, giving you real ownership in the success of this location. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all daily operations of a 56,000 square foot high-volume indoor amusement park, • Lead both attractions operations and food and beverage/restaurant operations, • Ensure a safe, clean, high-energy environment for thousands of weekly guests, • Hire and develop the park’s entire opening team, including three Assistant Managers, attraction supervisors, guest service and party staff, and food and beverage staff, • Establish strong leadership routines, accountability systems, and a positive team culture, • Coach managers to lead shifts, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest service, • Manage labor, cost of goods for food, beverage, and retail, and overall operational expenses, • Use data and reporting to improve throughput, upsells, party sales, and guest spend, • Lead local marketing execution and community partnerships with support from corporate, • Ensure Thrillz delivers a best-in-class family entertainment experience, • Monitor and improve online reviews, guest feedback, and service recovery, • Oversee party and group event execution to ensure seamless, high-energy experiences, • Ensure strict adherence to all ride safety, inspection, and operational protocols, • Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor relationships, • Be present during inspections and audits, • Troubleshoot POS systems, attraction equipment, and operational challenges with support teams, • Oversee front-of-house food and beverage operations, • Ensure food safety, quality standards, speed of service, and guest satisfaction, • General Manager or senior leadership experience in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC), indoor amusement park, trampoline park, or similar high-volume entertainment venue, • Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics, • Experience overseeing food and beverage operations is highly preferred, • A confident leader who can build a team from the ground up, • Highly organized and operationally strong, • Comfortable being visible on the floor and leading from the front, • Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure, • Full-time, on-site leadership role based in Doraville in Atlanta, Georgia, • $100,000 starting salary, • Performance-based annual bonus tied to park success (in addition to salary), • Opportunity to help open and lead one of the largest Thrillz locations to date, • Career growth into multi-unit and regional leadership as Thrillz expands, • A fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are the same
