Job DescriptionSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Job Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt Reports to: Senior Director, Digital Marketing Department: Web & Digital (265) Work Location: Remote Revised Date: October 2025 SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in executing and optimizing Global Christian Relief's (GCR) digital marketing strategy across email, paid media, and digital fundraising channels. This individual brings energy, precision, and passion to deliver high-quality campaigns that engage believers, mobilize prayer, and inspire giving. The ideal candidate is a strong believer in Jesus Christ, a natural team player, and thrives under pressure. This role requires someone eager to roll up their sleeves, move quickly, and manage multiple projects while collaborating across teams and vendors to bring strategic initiatives to life with excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This role is responsible for the following duties, but is not limited to: • Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid search, display, social media, and web, including A/B testing to refine messaging, creative, and performance., • Recommend and implement effective email strategies to grow the house file, increase engagement, and drive efficient fundraising., • Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and testing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other audience management systems., • Build and QA donation forms and landing pages to ensure accuracy and performance., • Track and optimize KPIs around email engagement, fundraising, and web analytics. Share top insights. Deliver effective, concise reports mapping to revenue goals and donor KPIs., • Optimize website and landing pages for CRO, supporting a website refresh in collaboration with our internal team., • Maintain the digital marketing calendar and coordinate cross-departmental workflows for digital efforts., • Own third party vendor and agency relationships. Ensure accountability, performance, and budget pacing., • Collaborate with content and field story teams to ensure campaigns align with messaging and brand standards., • Stay informed about trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve., • Additional duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and paid media platforms., • Deep understanding of CRM systems, Email platforms, and customer journeys (experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)., • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail, • Is curious and likes to learn., • Self-starter with high energy, initiative, and accountability., • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment., • Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for ministry impact., • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field., • 35 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (fundraising or nonprofit experience preferred). SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position may have direct reports. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a home office environment. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position and hours of work and days of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL Minimal travel may be required for this position.
