Absolutely not. We provide all of the leads. Inbound calls, live transfers, and digital leads are all provided by the agency. You will never be asked to pressure your personal network. You show up, work the leads, and close business. Is prior insurance experience required? No. You don't need to know anything about insurance to apply. We cover 100% of your licensing costs and provide comprehensive product and sales training before you ever speak with a client. Your day starts with a team huddle where we review goals, watch a personal development video together, and get our mindset right for the day. From there, you're working leads. Taking inbound calls, following up with prospects, quoting policies, and closing business. You'll have coaching check-ins throughout the week and access to leadership anytime you need support.
