As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to help expand our pipeline, generate new opportunities and support our commercial growth strategy. Position Overview The Business Development Associate plays a critical role in driving pipeline development and new business opportunities for RadMD. This individual will be responsible for identifying, researching and engaging prospective pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies through targeted outbound prospecting efforts. This is a highly proactive, outbound-focused business development role. Success in this position is driven by the ability to consistently identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities through strategic prospecting activities. The ideal candidate is energized by outreach, networking, and creating opportunities where none previously existed. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and contributing directly to company growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and gain exposure to all aspects of the business development process within a growing life sciences organization. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations., • Generate qualified leads, meetings and opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts., • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels., • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities through daily prospecting activity., • Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the commercial team., • Schedule introductory meetings and support handoff of qualified opportunities to Business Development leadership., • Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymwire, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other sales intelligence tools to identify and engage target contacts., • Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline and activity records within Salesforce CRM., • Support account targeting, segmentation and strategic prospecting initiatives., • Monitor industry news, clinical trial activity, clinical operations initiatives, funding announcements, and other market intelligence to identify potential sales opportunities., • Collaborate with marketing and business development leadership on lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies., • Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to support company pipeline and revenue growth objectives., • Consistently achieve and exceed prospecting, meeting generation, pipeline creation and performance goals. Qualifications Required • 1-2 years of successful lead generation, sales development or related commercial experience., • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation annual goals, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized, and results-oriented., • Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymwire, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms., • Established prospecting tools, market intelligence platforms, and lead generation processes that empower high-volume outreach, effective targeting, and accelerated opportunity generation., • Ability to confidently engage senior-level professionals., • Excellent written communication skills., • Strong attention to detail and follow-through., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using Salesforce., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations. Preferred • Experience supporting CRO, iCRO, life sciences, consulting, or healthcare organizations., • Understanding of clinical trials, clinical development, and clinical operations., • Experience prospecting into pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies., • Experience with CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and lead generation technologies.
