SUMMARY The HCM Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of clients to the isolved HCM platform by collaborating with sales, operations, and clients to facilitate a smooth transition from their previous system. The Implementation Specialist will coordinate all transition activities, establish transition schedules, and ensure that conversion deadlines are met. They will also work to build strong client relationships and set clear performance and relationship expectations for the future. The ideal candidate possesses strong payroll knowledge, project management skills, and a customer-centric mindset. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Client Onboarding & Consultation: • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary payroll data, including employee information, earnings, deductions, tax details, and benefits., • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate payroll configurations and features., • Own all aspects of the implementation project while serving as the primary client-side resource., • Configure payroll systems to meet client-specific requirements, including pay schedules, onboarding, tax settings, and reporting preferences., • Own the submission, setup, and training processes for ancillary add-on orders., • Assist in integrating software solutions with existing systems, databases, and third-party applications via API (180 and 360), and EDI transmissions., • Root cause issues, define and implement enhancements through process and automation to improve the client experience., • Collaborate with operations/technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues., • Stay updated on isolved system knowledge, implementation methods, tools, and services to address business needs effectively., • Provide training sessions for clients on payroll system functionality and best practices., • Manage implementation timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope., • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding project progress and updates., • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, configuration details, and client-specific workflows., • Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations., • Ensure payroll systems are compliant and meet all legal and company-specific requirements., • HRIS Software (isolved), • Zoho One (CRM), • Ring Central, • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines., • Customer Service: Ability to deliver a high-quality experience for internal or external clients during system transitions., • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support client interaction and training, • Technical Skills: Proficiency with payroll and HCM systems. Ability to learn and master new payroll systems, tools, and software., • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and reconcile data sets with strong attention to detail., • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)., • 3-5 years of experience in payroll implementation, payroll processing, or related HRIS/HCM system support., • This role may require flexibility to work beyond standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST) during peak periods, such as quarter-end and year-end, to meet critical project deadlines., • 401(k) Match, • Health, Dental and Vision, • Flexible Time Off, • Early Wage Access, • Employee Assistance Plan, • Supplemental Benefits, • Paid Parental Leave Employment at Greenlink HCM is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
