This includes managing staff, coordinating with local offices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The primary goal of this role is to ensure all locations meet sales targets, maintain high operating standards, and adhere to company policies. Job duties may include, but not limited to: • Operations Management: Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all store activities and operations across multiple sites., • Financial Oversight: Reviewing financial and operating results, analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and controlling expenses and payroll to maximize results., • Team Leadership & Development: Hiring, training, coaching, and motivating managers and their teams. This includes setting performance goals, mediating disputes, and handling disciplinary actions., • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all stores maintain brand standards, follow food safety & sanitation procedures (in compliance with health regulations like those from the Texas DSHS), and ensure a safe working environment., • Inventory & Merchandising: Overseeing inventory levels, managing stock rotation, evaluating vendor promotions, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation across all assigned locations., • Customer Service: Serving as a model for customer service and instilling a customer-first attitude in all teammates across the region., • Experience: Significant leadership experience (often 4+ years) in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry, with a proven track record in multi-store operations and people management., • Education: A high school diploma is required, while a college background, relevant certifications, or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration is often preferred., • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills are essential, along with the ability to read and understand complex financial statements and operate various management software systems., • Other duties as assigned.
