Job Description Job Title: International Shipping and Warehouse Associate Job Description The International Shipping and Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on accurate data entry, order processing, and shipment monitoring. This role combines computer-based tasks with hands-on warehouse work, including picking, packing, palletizing, and verifying orders to ensure timely and accurate shipments. The position requires comfort with physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to use basic computer applications to track and manage orders. Responsibilities • Enter order details accurately into computer systems and maintain precise shipping records., • Perform data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF documents to support shipping and inventory activities., • Pick orders from warehouse inventory according to order forms and packing lists., • Box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders to prepare them for shipment., • Use a pallet jack and RF scan gun to move, scan, and track products and pallets within the warehouse., • Verify picked orders against order forms to ensure quantities, items, and documentation are correct., • Use internal systems to monitor shipments and track order status., • Assist with general shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials., • Support inventory activities such as order picking, stocking, and material handling., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following warehouse safety procedures., • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily warehouse operations., • Ability to perform accurate computer data entry for orders and shipping information., • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for basic documentation and tracking., • Comfort using PDFs and basic computer systems in a warehouse environment., • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis., • Strong attention to detail when picking, packing, and verifying orders., • Capability to use or learn pallet jacks, RF scanners, and scan guns for warehouse operations., • Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and complete documentation., • Reliable work ethic and willingness to perform general labor and material handling tasks., • 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment performing shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking tasks is a plus., • Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling large or complex orders., • Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking orders and inventory., • Experience with order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and palletizing., • Comfort using warehouse tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners (where permitted and trained)., • Experience in shipping and receiving, order pulling, packaging, and material handling. Work Environment This role is based in a brand-new, air-conditioned warehouse designed for comfort and efficiency. You will work primarily on-site in a physical, fast-paced environment that involves standing for most of the shift and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds. The schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the expectation of being open to a second shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM if business needs change. Daily work involves the use of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel, internal shipping and ERP systems, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other standard warehouse equipment. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and a collaborative team atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
