Job DescriptionSalary: $75 per billable hour InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time 1099 SCHOOL BASED,clinically licensed therapist to provide individual, family and/or group therapy for the 2025-26 academic year. This is a part-time time, ON-SITE position, requiring a minimum of 15-20 billable hours per week. Must keep a routine/dedicated schedule and be available for monthly consultation for those independently licensed. Intermediate licensed clinicians will be considered. Applicants MUST be able to provide face to face sessions in the school and be willing to provide family services in the office, home, community or remotely, if the client/guardian desires. We handle credentialing, intake screening, benefits verification, scheduling for the initial appointment and psychiatry services, and billing for all clients. Job Summary: Provides individual, family and group counseling/psychotherapy to 4th 8th graders based upon clinical assessment and diagnosis, development of individualized treatment plans, and engagement of the client and their family in the therapeutic process. Provides emergency services and crisis intervention as needed; participates in quality improvement process; may provide mental health education and consultation; maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation. The duties of the School Based Mental Health Therapist will include, but not limited to: • Provides individual and /or group therapy to students and their families that meets an established clinical standard of care., • Makes documented referrals for medication evaluation and monitoring, as well as PRP* services, as needed. *must be clinically licensed for the referral, • Completes diagnostic assessments., • Completes all documentation (i.e. assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, transition/discharge summaries, etc. ) within 48 hours of the provision of services. All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR (inSync)., • Completes all mandated training for this classification and/or licensure, as well as all CARF mandated trainings., • Provides feedback to Program Administrator regarding identified gaps in clinical services., • Participates in the development and collection of outcome data to aid in quality assurance and quality improvement., • Attends monthly clinical consultation if independently licensed. Requirements: • Clinical / Independent Licensure in the State of Maryland as a LCSW-C, LPC, LCMFT or licensed Psychologist, • Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred, • Must have a consistent history of maintaining required documentation in a timely manner (within 24 hours of the provision of services) that meets CARF standards and COMAR regulations, • Must be proficient with using an Electronic Medical Records system (InSync), • Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance, • Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR., • Must pass background checks, • Possess Maryland drivers license & reliable personal vehicle Why choose InnerSourced: • Flexible schedule within school hours (Monday - Friday 7:30am -2:15PM)., • FREE Supervision towards advanced licensure for Intermediate Licensed Clinicians, • Consultation for Clinically Licensed Clinicians, once a month, • Competitive compensation, • Intake coordination with handling call/email inquiries and scheduling first session/gathering initial client information and consent(s), • FREE CEUs available via Relias Compensation: $75 per billable hour (45 minute session).
