We’re a collaborative, customer-focused team where your work makes a real impact—on our customers’ safety, productivity, and success, and on your own professional growth.As the Senior AR Specialist, you will take ownership of the accounts receivable process from end to end—ensuring timely invoicing, collections, reconciling accounts, and driving improvements that strengthen our cash flow and overall business performance. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:Key Responsibilities: • Own the A/R Process: Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including processing customer credit requests, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, billing and conducting collections process., • Time & Task Management: Prioritize daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy across all invoice and payment processes., • Problem Solving & Communication: Proactively resolve billing issues, collaborate with internal teams and customers, and escalate concerns when necessary., • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ensuring alignment between Finance, Sales and Customer Service Teams for accurate billing and timely collections., • Customer-Focused Approach: Maintain professional and courteous relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring a smooth and productive experience., • Support A/P Functions: Assist with accounts payable processing as needed, vendor payments, and auditing tasks under the guidance of the Accounting Manager., • Maintain Records: Managing Accounts Receivable filing and supporting Accounts Payable filing as needed, support year-end file organization, and contribute to inventory and audit processes. Assist in implementing new labor-saving processes such as working toward paperless filing.Qualifications, • Required:, • 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, • 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable., • Strong understanding of GAAP and AR best practices, • Proven success in collections, dispute resolution, and client communication, • High proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting), • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset, • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer service approach, • Leadership qualities: able to mentor team members, recommend process improvements, and drive efficiency, • Clean All-encompassing background report (role determinate), • Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening.Why Join W.
