Summary: Citizens is seeking a PMO Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner within the Project Management Office, driving consistent, high-quality business analysis across enterprise initiatives. This role leads requirements planning, process optimization, and solution validation in support of project and portfolio delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and PMO standards. The PMO Business Analyst works closely with project managers, business leaders, and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support governance and reporting, and enable the successful execution of both strategic and operational projects. With strong collaboration and leadership skills, this role contributes to the continuous improvement of PMO practices and strengthens delivery discipline across the organization. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO • Business Analysis & Requirements Management, • Lead requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify processes, workflows, data needs, and business objectives., • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and process documentation., • Partner with technical teams to ensure business and functional requirements are accurately implemented., • Oversee business process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and scalability., • Strategic Projects & Stakeholder Engagement, • Serve as a key liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with organizational strategy., • Provide clear updates on requirements, risks, and issues to executive sponsors and project stakeholders., • Partner with project managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring business alignment throughout the project lifecycle., • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and business partners., • Continuous Improvement & Quality, • Establish standards and templates for BA deliverables, ensuring consistency across the organization., • Conduct peer reviews of analyst work products to maintain quality and accuracy., • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve system usability., • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field., • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration., • Strong knowledge of business process improvement, requirements elicitation, and solution validation., • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies., • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
