Job Description About the Role: As an HVAC Technician - Service, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems. Why You’ll Want to Work Here: • Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page: We Win Together, Today Not Tomorrow, Performance Not Politics, • Performance pay directly tied to results – You deliver for us, we deliver for you, • Benefits you will use – Full medical, dental, and vision packages including fully employer paid options, • Secure your financial future – 401(k) with company match, • We invest in your future – ongoing training that directly results into bigger career opportunities combined with continuous education stipends, • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment., • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions., • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems after they escalate., • Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork., • Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments., • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements., • Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role., • Valid HVAC technician license/certification., • Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems., • Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards., • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities., • Exceptional customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload., • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces., • Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships., • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small., • Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail., • Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.
