The Resident Coordinator is responsible for oversight and safety of the property and residents. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of the site and living spaces, carrying out day-to-day safety protocols, responding and de-escalating crises, conflict management among residents, and promoting a holistic approach to the wellness of our residents. This position requires some driving and lifting. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Peer Case Manager will be a key member of the clinical team, supporting workflow, coordination, and case management for members. This role will manage a caseload of members working toward a variety of goals and is an integral part of clinical and case management services at SPY, while also supporting Access Center programming as needed. Position Summary The Case Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing Project Based (PSH-PB) will provide intensive case management services to a caseload of up to 20 homeless individuals who are eligible for permanent supportive housing at the project site located in the Central LA/Echo Park area. The Case Manager will assist clients to achieve and maintain health, mental health, and housing stability. The Case Manager plays a critical role in supporting clients to thrive in their new homes through a client-centered and “whatever it takes” approach to services. About the Role Our team operates an active pipeline of product concepts across multiple categories. Before any idea moves toward development, it must pass through a structured discovery process that combines user research, concept testing, and early market validation. We are looking for interns to help support this process by conducting structured user interviews and gathering insights from potential users. The role focuses on executing research activities that help the team understand user needs, reactions to product concepts, and potential market signals. Interns will work with prepared interview frameworks, scripts, and tools provided by the team. The role is primarily execution-focused: conducting interviews, organizing feedback, and summarizing insights that support product and business decisions. This internship sits at the intersection of user research, product development, and market insight, and provides exposure to how companies evaluate product ideas before bringing them to market. What You Will Do • Source and recruit potential interview participants based on provided criteria, • Conduct structured user interviews using prepared research scripts, • Facilitate conversations to ensure relevant topics are covered, • Capture and document interview responses and observations, • Organize qualitative feedback across multiple interviews, • Code and categorize user responses into recurring themes, • Prepare summaries of key insights for the product team, • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Communication Studies, Sociology, Political Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, Data / Business Analytics, or a related field, • Strong interest in user research, human behavior, product development, or market insight, • Comfortable speaking with new people and facilitating structured conversations or interviews, • Strong listening skills with the ability to capture and document information clearly and accurately, • Able to follow a prepared research framework while responding naturally to the flow of a conversation, • Organized and detail-oriented when recording responses, observations, and interview notes, • Experience conducting interviews, surveys, usability studies, or research projects (academic or professional), • Experience working as a Research Assistant or participating in academic research involving human subjects, • Familiarity with survey or research tools such as Qualtrics, Google Forms, or similar platforms, • Paid internship $18-20/hr, 20-30hr/week, • Hands-on experience conducting real-world user research and product discovery, • Exposure to how companies evaluate product ideas and market opportunities, • Opportunity to observe how product, marketing, and business strategy decisions are informed by user insight, • Experience working within an AI-driven product marketing environment, • Location: Monrovia, CA (on-site), • Internship Duration: Expected to run from April 6 to June 12, unless extended or concluded earlier depending on project needs

Position Details: • Full-Time, • Locations: Culver City, Sherman Oaks MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Master's Degree in sociology, social work, psychology, public health, business or health administration, or other social service field OR Bachelor's Degree' in sociology, social work, psychology, public health, business or health administration, or other social services field, plus 5 years of experience., • Management or administrative experience in a social service agency and in supervising multidisciplinary staff, • Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strength- based services, • Strong communication, computer, organizational, leadership and supervisory skills., • Must have valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting between offices, meetings, and community sites. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Programmatic Oversight • Provide Administrative oversight to P&A program in all locations, traveling between Help Group sites and local community sites in SPA's, ensuring compliance with all components within the contract statement of work., • Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure ongoing staff development with particular attention to training on the prevention of child abuse and neglect, • Develop policies and procedures for effective program implementation in the areas of service delivery, capacity building, outreach, and outcomes evaluation, as assigned and/or necessary, • Support development and completion of annual workplans and monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports., • Approve and maintain funds for programmatic and client needs., • Provide direct supervision to Program Coordinator ensuring direct services staff are meeting contracted requirements and documentation is timely and complete, • Provide direct supervision to Referral and Intake Coordinator, • Provide direct supervision to administrative support staff, delegating tasks, and utilizing assistance effectively to support program needs., • Facilitate the planning and implementation of community events, parent workshops, parent classes, and other capacity building activities., • Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, supply procurement, payments, and staffing, • Liaise with DCFS Regional Offices for Community Directed Funds, co-developing work plans, executing funding projects, and facilitating the coordination of expenses with DCFS staff., • Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance, timely invoicing, and data collection., • Participate in all program, agency, collaborative, and community meetings and trainings as assigned., • Maintain client and staff information in a confidential manner., • Arrange work schedule of required hours top the benefit of P&A program and clients, with approval and guideline from Senior Director, • Perform other duties as assigned.
