Why you should apply to be one of our Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative: • Weekly Pay!, • Fully Remote, • Pay Rate - $22hr., • Start Date- Nov. 11th, 2024, • Provide Technical Support to both English & Spanish speaking customers, • Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting & resolving technical issues, • Log results in ticketing system, escalate when needed, • Must possess a High School Diploma, GED or greater, • Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish Languages, • 6+ months experience with technical support, call center or help desk, • Be flexible and a good communicator, • Computer literate, • Must be completely fluent in both English & Spanish, • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary, • Familiar with CCH Pro Systems fx, CCH Access Tax is a plus, • Windows 11 PC required, • High Speed Internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload), • Cell phone, • Must be wired connection via Ethernet Cable, • Processor - Intel Core i3 or better, • Compatibility – Chromebooks or MacBook’s are "not" compatible with required software.
