Responsibilities: • Develop and implement inventory and material planning systems, including reorder points, min/max levels, safety stock, and lead times, • Maintain accurate, real-time data within the ERP system to support planning and execution, • Align procurement activities with production schedules to ensure material availability and on-time order fulfillment, • Manage supplier relationships, including performance, delivery schedules, and issue resolution, • Implement reporting tools such as expedite reports to proactively identify and mitigate potential delays, • Reduce stockouts and excess inventory through dynamic planning and continuous system improvement, • Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans, including secondary sourcing strategies, • Drive supplier performance improvements through reviews, scorecards, and ongoing communication, • Support development of outsourcing vendor frameworks to expand production capabilities, • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred, • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment, • Hands-on experience building or improving inventory planning systems and processes, • Strong understanding of ERP systems and material planning functionality (NetSuite experience is a plus), • Experience managing supplier performance, delivery schedules, and cost optimization initiatives, • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements, • Competitive salary with strong growth potential, • Opportunity to build and shape procurement systems from the ground up, • High-impact role with direct influence on production and operational success, • Collaborative and team-oriented work environment, • Exposure to leadership and involvement in strategic initiatives, • Stable organization with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction #INDSBHIGH
