Responsibilities: • Obtain the bidding documents and other pertinent information from the estimator, • Manage and estimate change orders on existing contracts, • Coordinate the collection and dissemination of all contract information required by the owner, general contractor and the job superintendent, • Determine from the specifications the quality parameters and any special safety requirements for each project, • Manage all field surveys and documentation, • Prepares and maintains the erection plan as part of the project site specific plan, • Manage the logistics for manpower, tools and equipment for each job, • Determine delivery and erection sequences, • Prepare and maintain project schedules and responsible for the attainment of on-time completion, • Communicate contract requirements to subcontractors, job superintendent, equipment manager, crane supplier, etc, • Disseminate the requirements of the contract safety and quality systems to the field forces at the job site, • Manage activities related to drawing distribution, • Develop and process requests for information through the project system, • Coordinate shipping requirements between the field and suppliers and subcontractors, • Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management / project engineering relating to structural steel and precast erection, • Able to interpret information from contract drawings, specifications and shop detail drawings, • Able to work with people in situations involving challenges, critical lead times, budgets and deadlines, • Good oral and written communications, • Professional attitude, • Must have good mathematical and statistical skills needed for evaluation of data, computation and calculations., • Detail oriented All new hires must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Description Job Summary Responsible for answering, transferring, and screening all calls in a timely manner and directing them to the appropriate destination. Essential Functions • Provides support to patients, including answering questions regarding patient appointments, testing and scheduled procedures via phone., • Must comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards when accessing or communicating patient information., • Schedules and cancels patient appointments while maintaining patient records confidentially., • Contributes to the success of the physicians’ office practice by following all written protocols and procedures of the clinic., • Demonstrates courtesy and helpfulness toward patients and their families while working closely with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and decrease patient waiting time., • Receive calls from patients or designated caregivers requesting service; determine nature and location of concern, determine priority of concern in accordance with established procedures., • Refers patient to the portal for on-line registration to enhance patient experience., • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to other staff., • Must treat each patient as your most important priority., • Ability to communicate clearly and possess excellent phone skills in order to establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, physicians, and staff., • Efficient and effective comprehension of multi-line telephone system., • Navigate and comprehension of computer software systems in office setting, prefer 50wpm typing skill., • Must maintain knowledge of clinic policies and procedures and medical terminology as related to the job. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in telephone operations with emphasis in appointment scheduling, preferably in health care setting. Physical / Mental Demands • Primarily office setting with minimal exposure to communicable diseases., • Ability to reach and pull at least 30lbs., • Able to reach over the head to reach stored documentation., • Must be able to view computer screens for long periods. Able to handle stress related to workload and customer/patient problems., • Standing, sitting for up to 8 or more hours/day while doing computer input and responding to phone questions. Work requiring moderate speed and high degree of accuracy and consistency., • Manual dexterity using computer keyboard. Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and design build work. This position is a managerial position responsible for managing projects and leading a team. Assigned Responsibilities: • Responsible for the management of the construction contract(s) and/or work orders, • Supervisory responsibility for project team assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders., • Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) in the office, as necessary., • Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders., • Create and collaborate on work proposals., • Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners., • Administrative point of contact for the owner, • Understand details of project scope of work, • Create and maintain project cost reports., • Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners., • Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent., • Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s), • Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements., • Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements, • Must report to various work locations as assigned.
