Lauderdale, Orlando, Tallahassee or West Palm Beach office. Our client is seeking an attorney for their Corporate and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and accomplished first chair attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. This role involves leading sophisticated transactions in collaboration with seasoned colleagues dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for clients across the U.S. and globally. The ideal candidate will have a sound judgment, strong organizational capabilities, and excellent time management skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a book of business.

Job Description As a Construction Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site. Requirements * Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience * Healthcare/Hospital project experience • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, Plangrid, and Scheduling programs. What You’ll Do • Supervise, plan, organize, and control all resources and logistics (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project. Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved • Timely schedule and coordinate all inspections required by permits and governmental authorities through successful receipt of the certificates of completion, punch completion, and final completion certifications. Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads • Commitment to provide a positive experience for all project stakeholders, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members.
