Job Description Position Summary Klosh Group is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to close $1.5M of sales annually across key West Coast and Mountain West markets. This role is built for a modern growth organization - one that wins through market intelligence, targeted pursuit development, and coordinated sales execution, not reliance on individual rainmakers. This position sits at the center of Klosh’s growth engine. You will identify where demand is forming, shape how we show up in those markets, and convert insight into qualified pursuits across hi-tech, civic, education, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, life sciences, and commercial sectors. In addition to “hunting,” this role creates advantage: turning research into opportunity, positioning into pipeline, and relationships into repeatable wins. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, delivery teams, and marketing to build momentum, improve win rates, and expand our market presence with intention and discipline. The ideal candidate brings strong Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry fluency, a regional relationship base, and—most importantly—the ability to operationalize sales: structuring pursuits, informing go-to-market strategy, and enabling leadership to show up at exactly the right moment to close. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone motivated by building a durable growth system—not just closing the next deal.
