Job DescriptionOverview Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Everett, Washington. This travel, temporary assignment is in a hospital setting with a high‑risk perinatal focus and a Level II NICU. Start date is 06/22/2026. Shift is 3x12-hour days, with weekend coverage required. Weekly pay ranges from $2,102 to $2,251. The unit supports EPIC charting and requires licensure to practice in WA (WA RN or compact RN). COVID-19 vaccination is not required. Key Highlights • Weekly pay: $2,102–$2,251 per week, • Shift: 3x12-hour days; weekends required, • Start date: 06/22/2026, • Setting: Hospital-based high-risk perinatal/L&D with Level II NICU, • Orientation and onboarding: 40 hours plus required pre-start modules Responsibilities • Deliver labor and delivery care for high‑risk obstetric patients, including procedures and emergent situations, • Monitor fetal well‑being using external/internal fetal monitoring and respond to abnormal tracings, • Provide neonatal resuscitation and newborn assessment as part of the perinatal team, • Assist with cesarean deliveries, VBAC management, and postpartum recovery for mother and newborn, • Administer medications, initiate IVs, and support IUPC/internal monitoring as indicated, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient flow, triage, and perioperative support Requirements • Licensure: WA RN or compact RN required, • Experience: Minimum 2 years RN L&D/perinatal experience, • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate OR Relias Fetal Monitoring, • Skills/experience: EPIC charting required; sterile vaginal exam (SVE) skill documented (hardstop), • Experience setting: High‑risk perinatal/L&D with Level II NICU; ability to float to postpartum as needed, • Scheduling: Weekend coverage required, • Vaccine: COVID-19 vaccine not required Education • Not specified in the job notes; not required to infer Benefits and Support • Orientation: 40 hours of on‑boarding, • Pre‑start onboarding/modules: approximately 16 hours (>20 hours requires PM approval), • Parking: facility-paid, • Credentialing and onboarding assistance to support start requirements, • Dedicated staffing support to assist throughout the assignment Find more opportunities If you’d like to explore additional openings from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please apply at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
