This full-time position is ideal for a motivated, clinically skilled professional who is passionate about guiding adolescents through their behavioral health challenges in a structured outpatient setting. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to facilitate meaningful, lasting change for youth and families. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent clients, • Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team, • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to ensure integrated care, • Provide therapeutic support and psychoeducation to families, • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or similar field, • Active Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW), • Experience working with adolescents in behavioral health is preferred, • Familiarity with IOP or similar outpatient programs is advantageous, • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain upon hire Requirements Active Arizona licensure Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or similar field
