Location: Hybrid (Knoxville, TN) or Remote (occasional travel to Knoxville required) residing in specific states (TN/VA/SC/GA/FL/MI/OH/TX) National Contracting Center (NCC) seeks a dynamic and goal-driven B2B Agency Recruiting Specialist to expand our national footprint by recruiting and partnering with 1099 independent insurance agents and agencies (not call centers) and small business owners specializing in Medicare, Life, and ACA products. Key Responsibilities • Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to communicate NCCs value proposition., • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand agency goals and align them with NCCs services., • Initiate long-term B2B partnerships with agencies, small business clients, and market influencers., • Guide agency owners through the recruiting process and negotiate partnership terms to close., • Set expectations and ensure a smooth transition to the contracting team., • Stay informed on market changes, product updates, and compliance standards., • Develop and maintain a targeted prospect pipeline using internal and self-sourced leads., • Document and track communication and performance using Salesforce. What Were Looking For Sales & Communication Strengths • Confident and engaging communicator with small business audiences., • Proven success in B2B sales, agency recruitment, and/or business development., • Understand business structures, commissions/production levels, and align agency needs with NCCs services., • Proficient with CRMs, conferencing tools, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and research tools., • Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments., • Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset. Qualifications Required: • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field, • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, commission-based agent/agency recruiting, or phone-based business development, • Experience working with CRMs and documenting interactions, • Strong phone presence and virtual/in-person communication skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Public speaking and presentation skills to demonstrate our value proposition, • Experience recruiting 1099/commission-based roles, • Knowledge of Medicare, Life, or ACA insurance products, • Experience recruiting 1099 insurance agents/agencies or working within an FMO/carrier, • Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital sourcing tools, • Bilingual abilities are a plus Who We Are NCC is a national Field Marketing Organization (FMO) dedicated to empowering independent agents and agencies with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed in the senior health insurance market.
