Join a team that invests in your growth while celebrating wins together. A day in the life You clock in for second shift and review the travelers for today’s builds. You’ll set up and run a mix of mill-turn jobs and 3–4 axis VMC work, and switch over to a live-tooled lathe as priorities change. You pull the right fixtures and tooling, dial in offsets, and load programs—then fine-tune at the control (Fanuc & HAAS) to hit spec on the first article. Throughout the run, you inspect critical features with micrometers, calipers, and indicators, making adjustments to keep parts within tolerance. Before handing off, you complete daily preventive maintenance and leave your area ready for the next operation. What you’ll do • Set up and operate mill-turn machines, 3–4 axis mills, and lathes with live tooling, • Edit and optimize programs at the machine (Fanuc & HAAS controls), • Inspect parts and verify conformance to specifications, • Read and interpret blueprints, including dimensions, tolerances, and instructions, • Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and related setup components, • Perform daily machine maintenanceWhat you bring, • 2+ years operating CNC Mill-Turn equipment (or strong experience across mills and lathes), • Hands-on program editing at the control (Fanuc & HAAS), • Fluency with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision measuring tools, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, • A growth mindset and desire to expand your skillsCore proficiencies, • Troubleshooting Skills, • CNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverMachines you’ll use, • CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Haas, Doosan, • CNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Haas, DoosanBenefits & perks, • PTO and vacation time, • Paid holidays, • Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, • 401K with company matching, • Annual shutdown during the holiday season, • Potential end-of-year bonuses based on individual and company performance
