Job Description The Application Support Analyst will support and optimize our core business applications. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our ERP platforms – IQMS, Radius and Label Traxx – and their integration through the Celigo (IPaaS) platform into NetSuite Financials. The Application Support Analyst will require a meticulous professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and IT teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in at least one of the ERP systems and the ability to learn and support other applications used in the printing and packaging industries. Essential JOB DUTIES Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Application Support & Administration:, • Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving systems issues across IQMS, Radius, Label Traxx, Celigo and NetSuite., • Manage application configuration, setup, and administration, including security roles and user permissions., • Integration & Data Management:, • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to manage data migrations, imports, and systems updates., • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems., • Monitor and maintain integration between ERP Systems and NetSuite via Celigo., • Process Improvement & Optimization:, • Partner with department leaders to gather requirements for new features, reports, and enhancements., • Document business processes and develop standard operating procedures., • Evaluate current workflows and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability., • Project Management & Change Enablement:, • Support system upgrades, new implementations, and technology rollouts., • Manage vendor relationships, escalate technical issues, and coordinate with external support., • Provide end-user training and change management support., • Reporting & Analytics:, • Build, maintain, and distribute operational and financial reports to key stakeholders., • Ability to think creatively and solve problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills., • Excellent oral and written communication (Bilingual a plus) and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders., • Proficient computer skills and knowledge applicable to the job (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet, email), as well as proficiency in the use of in-house programs and applications., • Proficiency in ERP/financial systems administration and user security management., • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. (Masters preferred)., • 5+ years of experience in business applications support, systems analysis, or ERP administration., • Hands-on-experience with at least one of the applications: IQMS, Radius, Label Traxx, or NetSuite preferred., • SQL query experience and reporting tool knowledge (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus, • Familiarity with integration platforms (Celigo IPaaS preferred) and data workflows. Sitting is required for extended periods (e.g., "Must be able to sit for long periods, typically 6-8 hours per day")., • Standing and Walking: Periodic standing and walking may be required (e.g., "Occasional standing and walking within the office to access files, office equipment, or attend meetings")., • Lifting and Carrying: Light lifting may be necessary (e.g., "Must be able to lift and carry office supplies or documents weighing up to 20 pounds")., • Reaching, Bending, and Stooping: Describe any occasional reaching or bending (e.g., "Frequent reaching above and below shoulder level to access files or office supplies; occasional bending and stooping to retrieve items from lower drawers or cabinets")., • Manual Dexterity: Fine motor skills for managing paperwork, using a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment (e.g., "Frequent use of hands for data entry, typing, and operating office equipment such as printers and copiers")., • Visual Demands: Requirements for reading and computer work (e.g., "Must have sufficient visual acuity to read documents, spreadsheets, and emails on a computer screen for extended periods")., • Hearing and Speech: Communication abilities needed (e.g., "Ability to hear and understand conversations in person or over the phone; clear speech to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients").
