Duties • Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles., • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services., • Assist with tire service, including rotation, balancing, and installation., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools., • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs., • Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of services., • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients., • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks., • Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred., • Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices., • Familiarity with tire service techniques and equipment is beneficial., • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues effectively., • Sales skills to promote additional services or products when appropriate., • Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.Requirements:, • Must be at least 18 years of age, • Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record, • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances

Job Description As an Apprentice Sales & Service Technician, you will learn from the best in the industry. Our team will train you on everything you need to know to thrive in your very own market. Pay, benefits, other cool stuff: * Apprentice Technicians can expect to earn between $60,000 and $150,000 in their first year. * The Technician role is 100% commission. The Journey of an Apprentice Technician: * Our apprenticeship is a 4 week training program at the A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ. * A1 covers flights and accommodations for the duration of your training in Phoenix. (All apprenticeship/training weeks are paid). You will typically work 45-50 hours a week while an apprentice and qualify for overtime. * Once you complete training, you will receive a one thousand dollar bonus, and graduate to a junior technician. You will perform your duties as a technician in and around your market. Boom! Interview Process: Our interview process is not long, but it’s thorough. We want to make sure that each person who joins the team is the right fit. And that we are the right fit for you! * After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with a recruiter if we want to know more. Plan on up to 30 minutes. * Next step is an interview with the Hiring Manager. Plan on approximately 60 minutes. * Last step is when the fun begins: you will be invited to ride along with one of our technicians so you can see what life as a Technician is really like. Your company vehicle is your office, and you will spend quite a bit of time driving to customer’s homes * You are not likely to follow what you were taught in class and apply it with gusto The Job: * Travel to various service calls to meet customers in their residence and advise on repair, maintenance or purchase of a new door. * Assemble mechanical components or machine parts. * Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Order replacement parts. * Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools. * Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. * Remove parts or components from equipment. * Install hardware or other interior fixtures. * Run wiring to connect equipment. * Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning. * Test mechanical equipment to ensure its functioning properly. * Document operational activities * Collect payments for goods or services Basic Requirements: * Be nice!
