Job Description Job Title: Recruiter Location: Houston, TX Pay: $30.00-$31.25 Benefits: This position may be eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Job Responsibilities: • Lead the full life cycle of the recruiting process for to support the Global Talent Acquisition function., • Partner with Hiring Managers to learn critical aspects of open position, indicators or success, and ideal candidate profile., • Develop recruitment strategies from workforce planning initiatives., • Manage requisitions accordingly to the Applicant Tracking System and subsequent job board sites., • Perform sourcing for qualified candidates to fill requisitions and build a pipeline of candidates., • Recruit, contact, screen, and interview candidates., • Plan, coordinate and attend recruitment fairs as needed., • Participate in industry associations and symposiums to further build relationships with potential talent., • Develop and lead university recruitment efforts by partnering with colleges and universities to cultivate talent at early stages., • Develop and lead military recruitment efforts by partnering with local and regional military bases and outplacement services., • Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and regulations., • Take on additional projects and tasks as requested.
