Job DescriptionSales Representative – Collegiate Employee Benefits ProgramsLocation: Houston, TX Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 (Base + Commission) About the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Representative to drive enrollment and adoption of a collegiate-focused employee benefits platform powered through collegiate partnerships. This role is responsible for sales representative is to lever established relationships with university athletic programs as the primary distribution channel for health and employee benefits program. The collegiate partnerships create access and credibility — the Sales Representative’s role is to educate prospects, guide enrollment, and close participation in the benefits platform. Success in this role is measured by program adoption, enrollments, and growth, while supporting broader NIL impact and value creation for student-athletics programs and university partners. Key Responsibilities • Leverage existing university and athletic partnerships to generate and close new enrollment opportunities, • Educate prospects on the value of inclusive, accessible health and employee benefits, • Conduct meetings, presentations, and campus-based engagements, • Manage inbound interest and proactively develop new enrollment pipelines, • Sell and enroll individuals into a collegiate employee benefits platform within the local Texas market, • Own the full sales and enrollment lifecycle, from initial engagement through close, • Collaborate internally on program structure, pricing, and enrollment processes, • Maintain accurate pipeline, enrollment, and activity tracking in CRM systems, • Represent the benefits platform at collegiate events, conferences, and NIL-related functionsQualifications, • Experience selling employee benefits, health-related programs, insurance, or wellness solutions, • Proven ability to close enrollment-based or consultative sales, • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, • Comfortable operating independently within a defined territory, • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, • Active health insurance license or willingness to obtain (supported if needed)Preferred Experience, • Exposure to collegiate athletics, NIL programs, or university environments, • Experience selling into institutional, B2B, or professional audiences, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceCompensation & Benefits, • $80,000–$120,000 total compensation (base salary + commission), • Comprehensive benefits package, • Defined territory with established collegiate access, • Opportunity for long-term growth as the collegiate and NIL program expands
