This means you will be an official employee of all two companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is structured as an up to 24-hour per week position, with approximately 8 of the total weekly hours allocated to Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1114 E 20th Street, LLC, Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1114 E 20th Street, LLC and Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. Client Service Location Expectations: This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program located at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1114 E 20th Street, LLC, Baltimore, MD 21217. All services are to be delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role. Caseload Makeup: The assigned caseload for this position consists of sixteen (16) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, throughout the community, or in the community meeting room of 1114 and 1116 E 20th Street location. DIVISION: Operations CLASSIFICATION: This is a part-time, W-2 employee position totaling 24 hours per week, with hours allocated across three affiliated organizations as follows:Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP):Part-time, W-2 employee approximately 8 hours per week (33.33% of total weekly hours)Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1114 E 20th Street, LLC:Part-time, W-2 employee approximately 8 hours per week (33.33% of total weekly hours)Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1116 E 20th Street, LLC Part-time, W-2 employee approximately 8 hours per week (33.33% of total weekly hours) While each assignment is classified as part-time under its respective entity, the combined total constitutes a part-time, 24-hour per week role across the organization network.
