The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing recurring workflows in a fast-paced professional environment. In this role, you will assist with developing and tracking the firm’s annual operating budget and help ensure that financial activity aligns with established targets. You will maintain the firm’s general ledger within QuickBooks, oversee invoicing and incoming payments, and provide follow-up on outstanding settlement proceeds related to resolved matters. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling vendor costs tied to specific cases, maintaining internal production and settlement tracking sheets, and preparing monthly reconciliations for credit card statements and bank accounts. You will also generate periodic financial reports and support adherence to GAAP standards and accepted accounting practices.
