We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people., • Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations., • Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees., • Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll., • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)., • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
