Job DescriptionResponsibilities include: • Greet guests promptly and enthusiastically with a friendly and professional demeanor, • Inform guests of SERV practices, specials and food and beverage information, • Accurately place guest orders, • Be aware of guests needs throughout dining experience and attend to those needs promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, • Ensure orders arrive accurately and in a timely manner, • Keep table cleared of all trash and empty glassware and dishes, • Receive guest feedback in a positive manner, • Communicate any and all guest issues with management, • Share information about upcoming SERV events and invite guest to follow social media and invite to come back, • Process guest payment in a timely manner and offer them receipt, • Professionally represent SERV at all times and help to create a great experience for all guests and other team members, • Set up restaurant for shift as needed, • Clean and organize restaurant for efficient service each shift, • Perform ongoing sidework to maintain and clean, safe and efficient environment for team members and guests, • Perform closing sidework to reset restaurant for next days business needs
