Job DescriptionStructured Finance Associate Attorney (All Levels) Location: Charlotte, Chicago, D.C., Houston, or New York Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and support its Structured Finance and Securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance areas, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney looking to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters. * Work on warehouse financing, asset-based lending, and related structured transactions. * Represent financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders in these complex finance transactions. * Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team on large-scale, multi-faceted deals. Qualifications * Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school. * Experience: 4-8 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and asset-backed securities transactions. * Skills: Strong academic credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Experience in structured finance and securitization is required.
