Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY A Warehouse Worker contributes to the warehouse's success by performing a variety of duties including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing, and shipping orders. This is a physically demanding role, requiring workers to be on their feet for 90%-95% of their shift. The work environment can be loud, and temperature control is limited, meaning conditions may be hot or cold depending on the season and weather. Key Responsibilities Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers. Collect and store empty pallet boards. Build cardboard boxes. Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology. Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer. Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory. Sort cardboard by placing it in individual bins, strapping it, and rolling bundles on a 53ft trailer using a dolly. Perform general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required, such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash. Lift objects weighing between 15 and 50 pounds. Sort cartons at case rate, perform clean outs, and load outs of cartons. Sanitize carton areas. Service cartons to the crane operator and production. Manage carton inventory control and recycle old cardboard. Required Qualifications Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts. Willingness to work overtime. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Flex Warehouse Worker/Driver supports both warehouse operations and delivery functions. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders; maintaining inventory accuracy; loading and unloading materials; and safely transporting goods over designated routes.
