Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse / Purchasing Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and procurement activities. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating material purchases, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient material flow to support project timelines. Responsibilities: • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution, • Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment based on project needs and inventory levels, • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, • Track and maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular audits, • Coordinate deliveries to job sites and ensure timely fulfillment of material requests, • Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers, • Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures, • Monitor costs and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency, • Maintain organized records of purchases, inventory, and deliveries Qualifications: • Experience in warehouse management and/or purchasing is preferred but not required, • Excellent organizational and time management skills, • Strong negotiation and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Spanish is preferred but not required, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary (based on experience), • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off and holidays
