We’re looking for a hard-working Technician to coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman, operate 40ft+ lifts, and keep our installations on track. Why Wachter? • Full-time work, • Competitive Compensation based on experience, • Paid weekly, • Per-Diem paid when overnight travel is required, • Drive time and mileage paid for use of personal vehicle when travel is required, • Paid Vacation and Holidays, • Opportunities for certification and career advancement, • Supportive team environmentBenefits Package: Company Paid!, • Medical, Dental, Prescription & Vision Benefits, • Life, AD&D, and LTD insurance, • Paid Vacation and Holidays, • MD Live, TriaHealth, Legal Shield, • Company-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement SavingsQualifications:, • 2–5+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience, • Strong Cat6 and fiber termination and testing skills, • Experience with paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling, • Ability to read prints and work with minimal supervision, • Comfortable working at height and in large warehouse environments, • Ability to work independently or support small crews, • Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic spreadsheets, • Basic telecommunications tools, PPE, and reliable transportation, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • Willingness to travel extensively and work 50–60 hour weeksKey Responsibilities May Include:, • Install, terminate, and test Cat6 and fiber (single-mode and multi-mode) cabling, • Perform paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling, • Lead and support small crews of 2–4 technicians as a working lead when assigned, • Build and dress MDFs, IDFs, racks, patch panels, and cable management, • Install cable pathways including J-hooks, ladder rack, innerduct, and tray, • Operate boom and scissor lifts (40+ ft work), • Troubleshoot cabling and system issues, • Ensure cables are neatly dressed, labeled, and installed per standards, • Provide daily progress updates to the Lead or Foreman
