Ensure data accuracy, controls and compliance with internal policies (e.g., SOX) and external regulations (e.g., export compliance, GDPR, credit-and-collections regulation). Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for OTC systems (system uptime, change success rate, order-to-cash cycle time, error rates, user satisfaction), report to senior management and drive action plans. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred. 8 + years of experience in an IT application leadership role, with substantial exposure to OTC processes.
