About the Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, influential and highly structured leader to build and scale the Partnerships Go‑to‑Market (GTM) engine for an international Group. This role exists to lead, enable and elevate a team of Business Development professionals who drive partnerships with the Public Sector and its representing agencies. Your mission is to create a world‑class Partnerships GTM function: one that provides the team with the strategy, tools, playbooks, governance and support they need to secure high‑value institutional collaborations and deliver measurable brand and commercial impact for the Group. You will serve as the senior representative of the organization in high‑level institutional contexts, while ensuring that all partnerships are strategically sound, operationally feasible, and flawlessly executed across internal teams. The Challenge This role is for you if you are motivated by: • Leading, coaching and scaling a Business Development team focused on Public Sector partnerships., • Designing the Group’s end‑to‑end partnership GTM: strategy, segmentation, value proposition, playbooks, pitch materials, and operational processes., • Equipping the team with the tools, content, data and methodologies they need to consistently win high‑value collaborations., • Building strong, high‑trust relationships with senior institutional stakeholders., • Coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure activation, delivery and measurement of partnership commitments., • Acting as the senior institutional face of the organization in events and meetings with public officials., • Establishing rigorous governance, reporting and measurement frameworks for the Partnerships function. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach and empower a team of Business Development / Commercial professionals who negotiate and close Public Sector partnerships., • Develop the team’s capabilities in stakeholder engagement, GTM excellence, relationship building and negotiation., • Implement performance frameworks, targets, pipeline visibility, and regular coaching routines., • Provide strategic support for complex negotiations and unblock obstacles for the team. Partnership Strategy & GTM Design • Define the Group’s Public Sector partnership strategy across priority institutions., • Develop GTM frameworks: segmentation, partner value propositions, pitch messaging, negotiation guidelines, co‑marketing models, and incentive structures., • Create scalable partnership playbooks and operational models to standardize business development excellence., • Develop sales enablement tools for the team, including decks, case studies, data packages, impact narratives and proposal templates. Institutional Relationships & External Representation • Serve as the senior representative of the Group in high‑level institutional meetings, events, and industry forums., • Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key public stakeholders., • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for strategic partners. Execution Governance & Cross‑Functional Coordination • Ensure smooth delivery of partnership commitments by coordinating with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Media, Legal, Operations, Finance, Product, etc.)., • Oversee the development of activation plans, co‑marketing actions, approval flows and communication processes., • Serve as the internal “voice of the partner,” ensuring accurate representation of partner expectations and constraints. Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Define and track KPIs for partnerships: brand impact, commercial contribution, activation performance, ROI and stakeholder satisfaction., • Produce regular executive reports on pipeline, signed agreements, partner engagement and results., • Identify risks, opportunities, and systemic improvements to scale the function efficiently., • Establish governance models and operational rituals for the team’s GTM rhythm. What We’re Looking For Experience • 8+ years in Partnerships Go-To-Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields., • Demonstrated experience leading business development teams., • Strong track record developing GTM strategies, sales enablement toolkits and scalable commercial processes., • Experience engaging with senior government officials or large public institutions is a plus. Competencies • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and GTM instincts., • Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities; ability to elevate team performance., • Strong communication, executive presence and relationship‑building skills., • Operational excellence: governance, process design, project management and cross‑functional coordination., • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnerships through brand and commercial impact., • High integrity, sound judgment and strong stakeholder management. Languages • High proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory)., • Additional languages are a plus.
