We are seeking an experienced International Mobility Compliance Manager to lead mobility compliance, governance, and operational excellence across EMEA and APAC. In this highly visible role, you will act as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and external providers, ensuring our international mobility programs remain compliant, scalable, and future-ready. You will drive governance, mitigate risk, enhance processes through automation and analytics, and support a globally mobile workforce. Key Responsibilities Mobility Compliance & Governance • Own the Tax Equalization (TEQ) process and related compliance frameworks., • Partner with tax vendors, HR, Payroll, and Shared Services to ensure regulatory compliance., • Prepare mobility cost estimates and support budgeting and cross-charge processes., • Ensure Cost Allocation Agreements are in place and help mitigate Permanent Establishment (PE) risks., • Lead compliance initiatives related to European labor regulations, including Posted Workers Directive and transparency requirements., • Establish and maintain mobility readiness frameworks across EMEA and APAC, ensuring payroll, tax, and HR infrastructures are prepared before assignment start. Audit, Analytics & Process Improvement • Govern audit frameworks for international benefits and mobility vendors., • Monitor vendor performance and service-level compliance., • Develop reporting, analytics, and exception-management processes to support informed decision-making., • Ensure data integrity and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Swiss Global Employment Company (GEC) Oversight • Validate Swiss payroll instructions and mobility-related payments., • Oversee governance controls, process documentation, and approval workflows., • Drive process optimization, compliance, and operational excellence within the Swiss entity. Profile • Experience gained within a leading consulting company is highly desirable., • Fluent in English and French, an additional language would be a plus, • A high degree of autonomy, accountability, and self-direction. As part of a global team reporting into the US, you will be comfortable working independently, managing priorities across multiple time zones, and driving initiatives forward with limited day-to-day supervision., • Candidates who have successfully transitioned from consulting into an in-house corporate environment, or who are looking to make that move, are particularly encouraged to apply., • Ability to combine consulting-level rigor, analytical thinking, and governance expertise with a pragmatic, business-focused approach to delivering solutions in a complex multinational organisation. What You'll Bring • Strong experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Payroll, Compensation, Tax, or Mobility Compliance., • Knowledge of international assignment compliance, tax equalization, payroll governance, and European labor regulations., • Experience working across HR, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors in a multinational environment., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on governance, process improvement, and risk management., • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
