About Cybele Cybele is a leader in its field, developing innovative microbial solutions for crop health and nutrition. The company is driven by a highly dynamic, multidisciplinary team, combining scientific, agronomic, microbiological and industrial expertise. To support its growth, Cybele is creating a role of Business Development Manager - Agricultural Biosolutions France, Europe & International Markets with direct responsibility for opening and accelerating business across multiple regions. Your mission: You are a driving force behind Cybele’s commercial development. Your role is to open new markets, activate your existing professional networks and convert opportunities, across France and Europe. You have a strong command of the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closing, with a proven track record. Your responsibilities: Business development & market opening • Scout, identify and activate business opportunities (distributors, importers, key decision-makers in agricultural value chains)., • Prospect and onboard new partners, building a qualified and prioritized sales pipeline., • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and accelerate time-to-decision., • Negotiate and close strategic commercial agreements. Network building & field deployment • Select, structure and grow a high-performing distribution network capable of selling advanced biosolutions., • Define and execute growth plans by country and region (both in Europe and overseas)., • Lead commercial deployment: field demonstrations, trials, technical support and partner onboarding., • Maintain a strong field presence, with a particular focus on row crops / arable farming. Sales structuring & performance management • Implement and manage a results-driven sales approach (lead/opportunity tracking, forecasting, KPIs)., • Conduct continuous market and competitive intelligence., • Work closely with internal teams (R&D, regulatory, supply chain) to align the offer with market needs., • Represent Cybele at international trade shows, technical events and industry meetings. Your profile: • Higher education in agronomy, agriculture or related fields., • Senior experience in business development and international sales within the agricultural inputs sector : biostimulants, biofertilizers, microbial solutions, plant nutrition, biocontrol., • Full management of the sales cycle, with a demonstrated ability to structure and accelerate sales processes., • Strong knowledge of row crops / arable crops, including markets, agronomic practices and decision-making processes., • Active professional network among distributors, importers and key market players., • Hunter mindset, focused on market entry, new account acquisition and deal closing., • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-evolving environment requiring autonomy, initiative and rapid impact., • Fluent professional English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus., • Experience in international export markets (distribution models, logistics, Incoterms) is an advantage., • Localisation: upon profile., • Travels: 50% travel.
