Learn more about HOLOPHONIX: YOUR MISSION: As Head of OEM Sales and Technology Licensing, your mission is to transform HOLOPHONIX innovations and technologies into sustainable commercial growth through a structured and ambitious OEM and technology licensing strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and scaling licensable technology assets across the entire HOLOPHONIX portfolio, from complete platforms to modular components, ensuring that innovation is systematically translated into market ready offerings adopted by industrial partners. Working closely with Management and Research and Development teams, you will contribute to shaping new technologies with a clear path to market, defining licensing models, go to market strategies, and commercial frameworks that enable long term value creation for both HOLOPHONIX and its partners. Your role is to position HOLOPHONIX as a strategic technology provider whose innovations are deployed at scale through OEM integrations, delivering recurring revenue, industrial impact, and long term partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will lead the commercial expansion of HOLOPHONIX technologies through OEM sales and technology licensing, with a strong focus on revenue generation, large scale adoption, and long term strategic positioning. You will be responsible for defining and executing a scalable licensing strategy that enables HOLOPHONIX innovations and technologies to be deployed at scale across multiple industries and partner ecosystems. To achieve this, you will be responsible for the following key activities: • Define and execute a global OEM sales and technology licensing strategy with the objective of scaling HOLOPHONIX technologies across multiple industries., • Proactively identify all monetizable innovations and technologies, whether existing or to be created, across software, algorithms, workflows, hardware concepts, control layers, and system architectures., • Drive the creation of new licensable features and technology blocks in collaboration with management and research and development teams, whenever monetization opportunities are identified but not yet addressed., • Build and manage a strong OEM and licensing sales pipeline, converting technology value into signed contracts and recurring revenue., • Close high value OEM and licensing agreements across diverse markets, including professional audio, consumer products, experiential installations, industrial applications, defense, and other adjacent sectors., • Define and negotiate licensing models including per unit fees, royalties, subscriptions, platform access, and long term strategic agreements., • Position HOLOPHONIX as a foundational technology platform, enabling large scale adoption of its innovations through partner ecosystems., • Develop go to market strategies that support mass deployment and long term standardization of HOLOPHONIX technologies via OEM integrations., • Lead all commercial discussions and negotiations with decision makers at partner companies, from business leadership to technical executives., • Ensure commercial execution, from deal signature to revenue realization, in close coordination with internal teams., • Contribute to pricing strategy, licensing frameworks, and commercial positioning to support sustained growth and long term market leadership. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY) • Engineering background is mandatory, with formal education and professional experience related to audio engineering, acoustics, electro acoustics, signal processing, or computer science, and the ability to deeply understand complex technologies, system architectures, and technical trade offs directly related to HOLOPHONIX technologies., • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in OEM sales and technology licensing within the professional audio or professional AV industry., • Proven and documented track record of closing high value OEM and licensing agreements with manufacturers or technology driven partners., • Strong ability to engage at a deep technical level with research and development teams, engineers, and technical decision makers., • Extensive and well established network of senior decision makers built over many years within the professional audio or professional AV ecosystem., • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term, trust based relationships with partners, beyond transactional sales., • Clear experience monetizing complex technologies and intellectual property through structured licensing models., • Strong business development mindset with a hunter and closer profile, capable of driving deals from first contact to revenue realization., • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast growing, research and development driven company with limited structure and high expectations., • High level of credibility, integrity, and professionalism when representing HOLOPHONIX at executive and technical levels., • Good knowledge of software development constraints, including software stacks, development pipelines, integration workflows, and lifecycle considerations in industrial environments. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Willingness to travel internationally to build and maintain long term relationships with partners and decision makers., • Ability to identify adjacent markets and unconventional use cases for existing technologies., • Strong passion for audio, acoustics, and electro acoustics, with a musician background considered a strong plus., • Comfort operating at board level and executive level discussions, with the ability to influence strategic decisions., • High level of autonomy, with strong capabilities in ideation, innovation, and invention., • Creative mindset with the confidence to propose bold ideas, challenge existing approaches, and explore new directions., • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with a clear ease and interest in public speaking., • Solid understanding of audio over IP technologies, including Dante based ecosystems, and their implications in real world products and deployments. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS • Fluency in English is mandatory., • French is appreciated but not required. TECHNICAL TOOLS The role requires daily use of macOS and strong familiarity with professional audio software environments. Experience with audio DAWs and commonly used professional audio consoles in live, studio, or installation contexts is preferred. The candidate will be required to work extensively with the HOLOPHONIX software and ecosystem. Dedicated internal training will be provided and is mandatory. Familiarity with audio over IP technologies, including Dante based ecosystems, is appreciated. Strong working knowledge of Keynote and the Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred for the creation of commercial presentations, licensing documentation, and partner facing materials. The role also involves regular use of Odoo CRM and ERP for sales pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial follow up. Dedicated internal training will be provided and is mandatory.
