To learn more: ___ Your Role: Growth & Marketing Manager As a Growth & Marketing Manager, you will play a highly hands-on role, with full responsibility for executing marketing actions end to end. You will be the main marketing contributor, covering a broad and concrete scope, with the opportunity to progressively help structure the marketing function as the company grows. Build and execute marketing from scratch Your Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution • Define and execute CleverConnect’s marketing initiatives: branding, product marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation, • Translate business and GTM priorities into pragmatic marketing plans, tests, experiments, and measurable KPIs, • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to drive direct impact on pipeline and revenue, • Be the first marketing hire for the DACH region and manage execution end to end, • Manage and optimize digital acquisition channels: SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, • Design and deploy B2B demand generation and ABM campaigns in close collaboration with Sales teams, • Continuously optimize the funnel: lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity, • Operationally lead product marketing initiatives: positioning, key messaging, value propositions, and competitive intelligence, • Create and maintain Sales Enablement materials (one-pagers, presentations, battlecards, product updates), • Develop customer-focused content: case studies, testimonials, success stories, • Produce high-value content: landing pages, sales materials, case studies, guides, videos, • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, • Define and execute a targeted, ROI-driven event strategy for the DACH region, • Manage events end to end: trade shows, sponsorships, proprietary events, • Deploy high-impact formats (executive dinners, roundtables) in collaboration with Sales teams, • Manage website performance, conversion rate optimization, and SEO fundamentals, • Update and manage the website via Webflow, ensuring multilingual consistency, • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, outbound, and experimentation, • Build and continuously improve AI-driven marketing workflows to increase efficiency, • Fluent in English, • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up or early-stage environment, • Strong hands-on expertise in digital marketing (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social), • Experience with demand generation and ABM campaigns, • Comfortable in a highly operational, individual contributor role, • Strong analytical skills, with mastery of HubSpot, GA4, and pipeline-driven performance tracking, • “AI-native” mindset with practical use of AI tools in marketing and content creation, • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales and Product teams Nice to have • Experience in HR Tech / Talent Acquisition, • Knowledge of Webflow, • Experience in B2B tech PR, • Familiarity with AI-based marketing workflows Why Join CleverConnect? • Training: Onboarding and support on products, tools, and prospecting techniques, • Career growth: Fast career progression toward sales or management roles, • 🎯 A mission with impact – Offering meaningful professional opportunities to everyone, • 🌱 Responsible commitment – B-Corp certified, strong societal impact actions, and commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), • 🗼 Office located in the heart of Paris, • 💶 Attractive compensation – Competitive salary based on experience, • 🏡 Hybrid work – Flexible work organization (2 remote days per week, after the probation period and under manager supervision), • ⛑️ Excellent health coverage – Provided by AXA, • 🥗 Swile card – €10 per day in meal vouchers, 50% covered by the company, • 🚂 Sustainable Mobility Allowance – €500/year to support eco-friendly commuting Recruitment Process (4 steps, max. 2 weeks) • 30-minute introductory video call with the Lead TAM, • 45-minute deep-dive interview with a Marketing Consultant (on-site or remote), • On-site use case with Top Management (allow approx. 1.5 hours), • Final interview with the CEO (on-site or remote)
