Carpenters required for delivery of large student housing fit out project in the West Midlands. Project duration is 24 months. Candidates must have 2 years experience, full knowledge of woodworking techniques, be able to use handheld & power tools, and be able to work from blueprints. Role will entail selecting and cutting wood for stud framing, door frames, windows, stairs, and cabinets. Carpenters will also fit desks, wardrobes and install wood flooring. Full training will be provided along with safety equipment and CSCS registration by employer. 37.5 hours per week. ISL Role. There are no academic requirements for this role. However, the successful candidate needs to communicate effectively in English, be willing to undergo training and enrol on company courses to improve their skills.
