    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This pivotal role requires exceptional administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally within the legal or professional services sector. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences., • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries., • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents., • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism., • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical., • Assist with research, compiling reports, and data analysis as required., • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders., • Support general office administration and special projects., • Occasional travel with MD, will be required.
