We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke. Location: Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working not available, this role is office based Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team supporting operational and office-based colleagues in delivering efficient service delivery. Your Day To Day Will Include • Communicating with internal and external customers for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFM system, • Raising new work orders for Contract Managers, • Raising reactive work orders for Kier engineers, • Monitoring the Ministry of Justice and Home Office inboxes, • Ordering engineer uniforms What are we looking for?
